OMS LubriTek works in partnership with Mouldpro to bring the very best in injection moulding aerosols to our customers.

Injection Moulding Aerosols

With a wide range of aerosols that deliver first-class cleaning, lubricating, protecting or release agents with every application, there is guaranteed to be the right product available to suit your moulding needs. Mouldpro even offers a complete range of fully compliant NSF-grade aerosols for use in food and medical environments where exacting standards matter. As standard, all aerosols are supplied in 500ml cans respectively categorised for easy identification with four distinctive coloured categories; green, lubricate; yellow, clean; blue, release; red, protect.

To support the aerosol application of their lubricants, there is also an additional Copper Assembly Compound, White Ejector Pin Lubricant and NSF Grade Ejector Pin Lubricant available in 80ml tubes and 500g tubs. These synthetic grease formulas are easy to apply and ensure to keep all moving parts running smoothly.

The Mouldpro Range

Beyond the range of aerosols and lubricant compounds, there is also a range of three different disposable wipes; Mould Cleaning Wipes, Rust Remover Wipes and Multi Wipes. The wipes are supplied in a handy tub which dispenses the wipes without them drying out between uses. All three wipes use high-performance solutions which have been created to be of minimal environmental hazard.
