Back in 2019 OMS LubriTek proposed a different way of working when it comes to initial oil fills for Haitian injection moulding machines which Premier Mould Machinery sell into the UK plastics industry. Since then, our partnership has developed and grown to offering support to our field-based engineers with oil analysis service, as it is a critical part of the overall machine service package PMM offer. OMS LubriTek offer an extremely flexible, proactive service and they’re also a great team to work with.

We have worked with OMS LubriTek for a decade now and over this time our partnership has developed into one of real trust and understanding that the services they offer are of true value and benefit to the efficiency of our business. Their technical attributes around lubrication & reliability to outstanding and this leads to their education of our in-house maintenance team!

OMS LubriTek supplied their hydraulic oil for new Haitian injection moulding machines we purchased via Premier Moulding Machinery, this led to a site visit for us to explore how their oil management services might be of benefit as we seemed to be struggling with high hydraulic oil temperatures and other issues possibly related to hydraulic oil quality. OMS LubriTek suggested that oil analysis would be beneficial & the results confirmed this! Following that OMS LubriTek carried out tank inspections to highlight the issue of insoluble varnish formation within the hydraulic system. This led to a VRT UltraClean oil change program and upgrade from basic mineral hydraulic oil to their GPIII+ UltraLife range to offer a significant improvement in life, but also linked with proactive oil analysis the machine performance issues have gone, something we normally wouldn't associate or link to hydraulic oil. Its been great starting our partnership with OMS LubriTek and we would highly recommend their oil management services & high performing products to any company looking at improving reliability and machine performance!
