Our FluidServe partnership with TTI enables the delivery of advanced, high-efficiency filtration solutions engineered to optimise oil management programmes and extend asset reliability.

Working in collaboration with TTI’s technical design team, we deploy patented SmartMediaTM filtration technology, designed to achieve ultra-high contaminant capture efficiency. With a Beta ratio of βₓ ≥ 4000 (≥99.975% efficiency), SmartMediaTM ensures exceptional removal of both particulate and soft contaminants, supporting the achievement and maintenance of stringent ISO 4406 Cleanliness Code targets. The engineered media structure provides high dirt-holding capacity, stable differential pressure characteristics, and consistent performance under varying flow rates and viscosity conditions. This enables effective control of contamination in critical systems including hydraulics, lubrication circuits, gearboxes, and turbine oils opening our solutions to various industries such as Marine & Power Generation, as well as our focus industry where TTI filtration is deployed in extrusion gear boxes, injection, blow & compression moulding. SmartMediaTM technology is integrated across our customer built products Oil Conditioning Pod, Barrel Buddy, and CFR-1 filter rigs, delivering high-performance offline and transfer filtration for both static and mobile applications. These systems are designed to improve oil cleanliness levels, reduce wear, minimise unplanned downtime, and extend fluid service life.
